How long does a residential court install take?
Most single-court residential installs take 5–10 business days depending on site prep and current project volume. We give you a firm timeline before we start.
Do you handle HOA approval paperwork?
Yes. We've worked with HOAs across Brevard and Central Florida and can provide the spec sheets, material samples and documentation your review board needs.
Do you resurface courts you didn't build?
Absolutely. We assess the base condition first — if it's sound, resurfacing is cost-effective. If the base has failed, we'll tell you straight and quote the repair properly.
Can I combine sports on one court?
Yes — it's one of our most popular requests. We stripe a single surface for pickleball, basketball and volleyball with clear color differentiation so every line reads cleanly.
